Heiy Snacks does not allow returns. However, we do work with customers if a product is received unusable, damaged or if the product has another issue. We want every Heiy Snacks customer to be happy with their experience.

All products are shipped directly from Heiy Snacks wholesale distribution warehouse. We utilize food safe warehouse and shipping partners. We recommend storing shelf-stable food items at room temperature and monitoring expiration dates for best practices in your concession stand.
